- Built the content team, the strategy and all the programs, from the beginning of the company's existence in Indonesia, from being the digital editor to the head of content, from zero to millions of web traffic and over 300K social media fans (disclosure: duitpintar/moneysmart.id was acquired about 1 year after I left the company).
- Led a team of 7 (writers, editor, graphic designer/illustrator, and social media/community managers)
- The work evolved from producing articles on the blog, to creating content in a variety of format for social media, managing paid campaigns, running an online community forum, and executing offline events.
- Drove over 50% increase in web traffic within less than 3 months through content marketing and paid facebook campaigns (lowest at Rp 22 / pageview).
